EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS FOR CHOCOLATE ORIGIN'S NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH

Chocolate Origin is an F&B retailer that specializes in chocolate desserts such as cakes and gelato. They needed to generate more brand awareness and leads, which would be translated to higher sales for a product launch.

Through our consultative approach, we discovered that:

  • Main focus was a new product launch with a successful online marketing campaign supporting it.
  • Landing pages and platforms weren't optimized effectively. Potential leads weren't getting captured even after spending a lot on marketing costs.
  • Lack of marketing funnel to draw visitor into leads, which made previous marketing efforts ineffective.
