Through our consultative approach, we discovered that:

  • Existing Google Adwords approach was not effective due to poor product positioning which resulted in poor paid search performance.
  • Lack of other channels (i.e. Facebook)  to promote their services to the right audience
  • Website and ad copies are not clear in delivering value to potential consumers.

WHAT WE DID

  • Scaling brand awareness – Through a creative refresh of ad copies that focuses on the value of Junk to Clear’s services, changes in Call to Action (CTA) were in place to attract multiple customers to show their interest.
  • Targeted Approach – Aided by a clear focus to target consumers who have intentions of move away from their home, the amount of conversions have also significantly increased.
  • Exploring different customer segments – By identifying a new group of customers who have sensitive items for removal, this granular approach has brought down the cost per conversion to $1.65.
