Director Level
Director : $180,000 to $250,000
Digital Marketing Director : $150,000 to $220,000
Sales Director : $120,000 + $45,000 (Commission per On Target Earnings)
An expected experience level for a Director’s role is generally twelve years and up.
Managerial Level
Senior Digital Marketing Manager : $100,000 to $145,000
Lead Campaign Manager : $100,000
Digital Marketing Manager : $84,000 to $100,000
Marketing Manager : $60,000 to $80,000
Campaign manager : $60,000
Account manager : $48,000 + Commission
The managerial level salaries have the greatest variation as it largely depends on years of experience as well as technical know how.
For example, the Campaign Manager’s salary of $60,000 requires 3-5 years of experience while the Digital Marketing Manager’s $84,000 to $100,000 is remuneration for a minimum of 7 years of experience. Of course, managers with technical knowledge of digital marketing will be paid more.
