Linkflow Capital provides business loans to SMEs in Singapore, including short- and long-term capital, property loans and other financing. They needed to generate more leads and sales, and also had a weaker online presence compared to their competitors.

Through our consultative approach, we discovered that:

  • AdWords were poorly optimized, leaving money on the table. Clickthrough rates were low, likely due to the poor copywriting and lack of optimization of targeting.
  • Landing page had low final conversion rates. Leads were information seekers rather than those with buying (loaning) intent.
  • Lack of quality website content rendered them almost invisible on the search engines.

WHAT WE DID

  • Improved marketing positioning – Through target persona research and competitive analysis, we were able to identify Linkflow’s unique positioning.
  • Optimized ad copy and landing page – Added persuasive writing into ad copy and new landing page to filter information seekers from buyers.
  • Revamped website content to add authority – Using our content methodology, we were able to produce insightful and authoritative content to not only generate more leads, but also more  trust.
